Monthly SOBEWFF Artisan Food Market Debuts on Lincoln Road
The new SOBEWFF Artisan Food Market on Lincoln Road takes place on the last Sunday of every month leading up to SOBEWFF 2021 and their 20th anniversary celebration.
Aimed at supporting small, local culinary businesses that produce some of the city’s most authentic and high-quality eats, the market will change up vendors every month.
“We want this market to serve as a platform that helps re-energize and reinvigorate the local culinary community,” says SOBEWFF founder and director Lee Brian Schrager. “We want to encourage people to drop by and support them while simultaneously enjoying all that Lincoln Road has to offer.”
Confirmed vendors for the Jan. 24 market include 2 Korean Girls; Baker Pies; CAO Chocolates; Coco’s Kitchen; Empanada Harry’s Bakery & Café; Hy Vong; Los Buenos by Coyo Taco; Meli Gourmet Greek Donuts; Naan Indian Eats; Night Owl Cookies; Pink Pie; PLANTA; Pup & Pantry; Sugar Daddy and The Dumpling Lady Miami.
The outdoor market takes place on pedestrian mall Lincoln Road, long a popular site for visitors and locals. “Lincoln Road is the heart of our community and we feel that this artisan food market will help shine a light on our iconic street and its inimitable culture,” says Lyle Stern, vice president of the Lincoln Road Board.
In addition to the outdoor monthly market, The Salty Donut and El Bagel have launched a weekend pop-up on 700 Lincoln Road through January.
