Celebrate National Seed Swap Day with Seed Savers Exchange at the Legion Park Farmers Market! SSE is celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2025 and they’re sharing free open-pollinated seeds and other goodies.
Join us between 11am-1pm to find out more about seed saving and sharing – and pick up our new winter issue! On hand will be Corinne Mariposa of Miami Seed Share, sharing info about seed collecting and potting, Master Gardeners, representatives from the UF/IFAS Tropical Research and Education Center (TREC) and The Underline. And we’ll be serving cake to celebrate our Quince!
The Legion Park farmers market is located at 6447 NE 7th Ave. There’s limited parking at the rear and metered street parking, but ride-sharing is encouraged.
