Stormy Week Ahead: Fred + Number Seven

Looks like a blustery week ahead! Fred is at the moment a depression expected to strengthen into a tropical storm, bringing heavy rainfall and storm conditions when it crosses the Keys Saturday. Forecasters say the heaviest rains and strongest winds will occur on the east side of the storm. Elsewhere in the Caribbean, keep an eye on Potential Tropical Cyclone Seven, moving westward. Fred’s anticipated rain will causing some closings and event cancellations over the weekend.

SATURDAY
• South Miami City Hall farmers market will be closed Saturday
• Legion Park is open but follow their social media in case of changes
• Las Olas Oceanside will be closed
• LNB Grovestand will be closed Saturday, open Sunday
• Aventura Gardens Farmers Market closed Saturday and Sunday

SUNDAY
• Surfside Farmers Market has postponed its Sunday reopening until next week
• Sunshine Market Kendall will be closed Sunday
• Aventura Gardens Farmers Market closed Saturday and Sunday
