Tastes of the Tropics: Take a Tour of the Burger Museum

Happy National Hamburger Month! To celebrate, Edible South Florida visited local comfort food expert Sef Gonzalez, also known as the Burger Beast, at his Burger Beast Museum. It’s all here – White Castle, Royal Castle, Silver Castle, Burger Castle, Kings Kastles, Burger King, Burger Queen – and that’s just the burger royalty.
