Historian Cesar A. Becerra is leading his third annual culinary walking tour of some of Westchester’s favorite comfort food spots, including Frankie’s Pizza, Arbetter’s Hot Dogs, Sergio’s, El Palacio de Los Jugos and El Rey de las Fritas.
