Two culinary leaders – Monty Trainer and Norman Van Aken – have announced special programming for this year’s Coconut Grove Arts Festival. Chefs and restaurateurs Allen Susser (Cafe at Books and Books), Jeff McInnis (Mi’italia Kitchen and Bar, Root & Bone and Stiltsville Fish Bar), and Van Aken (Time Out Market Miami) will each lead a session on Mon., Feb 17th, sharing their insights and dishes for participants.
