What’s New in Culinary Arts at Coconut Grove Arts Festival 2020
Two culinary leaders – Monty Trainer and Norman Van Aken – have announced special programming for this year’s Coconut Grove Arts Festival. The Chef’s Table, three ticketed events, showcases a different chef, who will prepare two signature recipes and serve them to the audience in an intimate setting. Chefs and restaurateurs Allen Susser (Cafe at Books and Books), Jeff McInnis (Mi’italia Kitchen and Bar, Root & Bone and Stiltsville Fish Bar), and Van Aken (Time Out Market Miami) will each lead a session on Mon., Feb 17th, sharing their insights and dishes for participants. Tickets are $60 and available here.
In the Culinary Arts Pavilion, the popular chef demo series will take place on Sat., Feb. 15 and Sun., Feb. 16 for interested festival goers.
