Join Slow Food Miami at the highly anticipated Snail of Approval Tasting Party on Thursday, April 3, 2025.
Regarded as Miami’s Freshest Night Out, the annual celebration will be held from 7:00 PM at the iconic Eden Roc Miami Beach Resort.
The event proceeds will benefit Slow Food Miami’s Edible School Garden Program.
The Tasting Party will unite dozens of the city’s top chefs, local growers, and producers for a night of tasting and honoring Miami’s food scene. The seaside magic at the Eden Roc Resort offers the perfect backdrop for Miami’s annual celebration of good, clean, fair food.
The 2025 Snail of Approval honorees include Niven Patel (Paya and Ghee Wynwood), Giorgio Rapicavoli (Mayfair Grill), Craig Giunta (Rosemary’s Miami), Pedro and Katherine Mederos (Kojin 2.0) and Carlo Raciti (Almotti Gluten Free Italian Delicacies).
Of special note, at the 2025 affair, Chef Niven Patel and his Feal Hospitality will be awarded the “Restaurant Group Influencers” Award for his work.
Returning Snail of Approval Award winners participating in the event include Erba, Adrift Mare, Gables Delight, Domaselo, Garcia Nevett Chocolatier de Miami, Laurie’s Pantry, Exquisito Chocolates, Pamela Wasabi Bakery, Radiate Kombucha, Titanic Brewing, Krus Kitchen, Boia De, Los Felix, Slow Wine and Seasons Farm Fresh.
