Eight New Miami Restaurants on MICHELIN Guide
Miami’s dining scene gets more recognition from the MICHELIN Guide with eight additions to the selection. These additions could become Bib Gourmands or Stars later in the year. They include:
• Brasserie Laurel from chef Michael Beltran in Brickell
• Fiola Miami, fine Italian food from chef Fabio Trabocchi in Coral Gables
• Lido Restaurant at The Surf Club, the waterfront restaurant at the Four Seasons Hotel in Surfside
• Lion and the Rambler, the small Coral Gables restaurant by chef Michael Bolen
• Rosie’s, chef Akino and Jamila West’s Little River Southern restaurant
• Tambourine Room by Tristan Brandt, a French-Asian dining room at the Carillon Miami Wellness Resort in Miami Beach
• The Gibson Room, an eclectic restaurant from chef Michael Beltran on Coral Way
• Walrus Rodeo, the wood-fire restaurant from the Boia De team
“We hope that these regular revelations and updates to the selection throughout the year will provide opportunities to highlight the profession and invite everyone to discover and support the restaurants around them.” says Gwendal Poullennec, International Director of the MICHELIN Guides.
