Valerie Chang Featured at JBF Taste America Pop-Up Oct. 17
The James Beard Foundation’s Taste America culinary series returns to Miami Thurs., Oct. 17, featuring award-winning chef Valerie Chang at Maty’s in Midtown Miami. The Miami dinner showcases a multi-course dinner, wine pairings and cocktails, created by Chang and the Maty’s team, in collaboration with chef Tam Pham of Tâm Tâm.

"Valerie’s inclusion in the 2024-2025 TasteTwenty class of chefs is well-deserved, and we are excited to share her vision and talent with guests of this special event.”
