Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Clean and rinse the chicken and then dry each piece with paper towels and put them in the pan. Keep the skin on for added flavor. Cut the onions and potatoes and add them to the pan. In a small bowl, mix the salt, garlic powder, pepper, rosemary, olive oil and lemon juice. Pour the mixture over the chicken and potatoes. Bake for 45 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
