Ingredients
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup buttermilk
- ½ cup carrot greens, coarsely chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and coarsely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3 anchovy fillets, drained and chopped
- Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Instructions
Combine all ingredients except for salt and pepper in food processor. Blend until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
