Fried Bologna Sandwich

  • Mortadella
  • Mayonnaise
  • Mustard
  • Housemade slaw

About this recipe

The quick-and-dirty way to make this lunchtime favorite: Fry rounds of bologna until they puff up and take on a little color, and stack on white bread spread with mayo and mustard. Add lettuce and tomato. Or try this fancier variation.

Instructions

Heat slices of mortadella until the edges just start to take color. Spread mayo and mustard on split ciabatta and stack mortadella on top. Top with slaw and bread top.
