- Unsalted butter
- Sea salt
- Radishes, washed and sliced thinly
- Optional: Arugula
About this recipe
When local radishes come into season, this is what you do with them. You can slice baguettes crosswise to make open-face sandwiches, or lengthwise to make a regular closed top sandwich. The secret? Use lots of good-quality butter.
Instructions
Slice the baguette. For each sandwich, spread thickly with butter and top with radish slices. Add arugula, if you’re using.
