Ingredients

  • 2 cups roselle concentrate
  • 2 750ml bottles fruity red wine, such as pinot noir or Barbera
  • 1 cup tequila
  • 1½ cup orange juice
  • ½ cup Cointreau or Grand Marnier
  • Lime and orange slices
  • Fresh pineapple, cut in small chunks
  • Ice

Makes 1 punch bowl

Instructions

Combine hibiscus concentrate, wine, tequila, orange juice and Cointreau in a large pitcher or punch bowl. Add fresh fruits and ice.
