Ingredients
Cocktail
- 1½ oz Plymouth gin
- ½ oz lemon juice
- 1 oz Blackberry Sage syrup
- Club soda
- Fresh sage leaves
Blackberry Sage Syrup
- 1½ cups sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup unsweetened blackberry pulp
- 10 sage leaves
Instructions
Make Blackberry Sage Syrup: Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally. Blend until smooth and strain to extract syrup.
Combine cocktail ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain over fresh ice into a Collins glass. Top with club soda and garnish with a lemon wedge and fresh sage. Makes one cocktail.
