  • .5 oz fresh lime juice
  • .25 oz agave syrup (use a 3:1 ratio of agave nectar to water)
  • ¾ fresh grapefruit, peel and most of the pith removed with a knife, and cut into chunks
  • Grapefruit salt rim

Instructions

In the juicer cup of a Breville Juice Fountain, combine liquid ingredients. Turn juicer on high and add grapefruit chunks. Swirl to combine and pour into a grapefruit salt-rimmed Collins glass over fresh ice cubes.
