- 1 qt. fresh strawberries
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 4 tablespoons local honey
- 2 tablespoons Grand Marnier
- Grated rind from one orange

Serves 4 No need to gild the lily – eating sweet, freshly picked strawberries still warm from the sun is one of life’s grand pleasures. Back at home, a dollop of honey cream dresses them up for company.
Instructions
Hull strawberries but keep whole and place in a bowl. Using a chilled bowl and beaters, whip cream just into soft peaks start to form. Quickly beat in honey and Grand Marnier. Fold in grated rind and serve immediately with berries.
