Their small-batch specialties have included novelties like Shampoo (matcha-infused ice cream with aloe and honey); Thai Peanut (peanut sauce ice cream with sweet soy sauce, Thai chilis, jalapeños, sesame seeds and crushed peanuts); and Lavender, Ricotta and Honey made with local honey. Don’t miss: “He’s Not Worth It” is their top flavor – vanilla and English toffee ice cream with Oreo cookies, Heath bar and chopped soft caramel plus a swirl of sea salt caramel.
