- 2 lbs ripe but firm mangos, peeled, pitted and cut into 1-inch chunks or slices
- 1 teaspoon grated lime zest
- 4 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
- ¼ cup mint leaves, chopped
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- Salt
- Additional whole mint leaves for garnish, if desired
